" The day before leaving for holidays we decided the truck needed an oil change and Midas could accommodate us. During the oil change it was determined the brake fluid needed changing and as we would be hauling a trailer a long distance I thought that would be a good move. Midas could slot me in later in the afternoon. They let me leave without paying for the oil change, said I could pay for it all on one bill! Wow, don't hear of that kind of trust these days! During the brake fluid flush it was discovered the leaf springs were shot. When I asked it that repair could be delayed, I was taken for a first hand look. The leaf springs were so rusted and broken even I could see this was bad. It was now 4:00pm. Here is where the Midas guys really shined. They found springs and bolts needed, got them couriered in and had us on the road just after lunch the day of our scheduled departure. Yay! Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly - the reception area clean and not a problem with the work they did over a 4,000 km trip. And the best news, the bill didn't take my breath away! "

" Great Service! The guys working there are professionals! The place is tidy and the waiting area is cozy. They did inspection of the vehicle and packed old tires in plastic bags!!! " Yesterday I noticed a pretty severe coolant leak in my truck, I hit the panic button and Midas was the only place in town that was able to take my vehicle in the same day. They tested the rad, said the radiator was cracked. I told them to go ahead with the project and they finished it this afternoon - a one-day turnaround. Every other shop in town had a 2-3 week wait time on an appointment. Thanks to Greg and the guys down there for the quick and painless experience! "

" Amazing service and super friendly staff! We were passing through Cochrane when our vehicle started making some strange noises. Not wanting to continue our drive home without checking it out, we were told Midas would have a mechanic on staff. With an hour left before closing, the staff fit us in. They test drove the vehicle, checked it out on the hoist and test drove it again. They informed us there were no issues that they could find, assured us it was road worthy for the remainder of our trip home and sent us on our way. NO CHARGE!!! When does that happen?! Thank you for the stellar service and easing our minds so we could get on the road and head home!! "

" Went to Midas with my Nitro after the clowns at Canadian Tire said they would fix it and didn't. George the service manager was extremely friendly. Took my car in no questions asked. Gave a quote $300 cheaper rhan Crappy Tire. We even were given a loaner vehicle. Keep up the good work boys..and girls. "

" I live 100km away, had an emergency issue with my truck and after being rejected by Canadian Tire and Ford, made a phone call and was lucky to talk to this Midas shop people who are super friendly, professional and extremely understandable and helpful . " This was my first time having to be an "adult" and do anything with my car, but I knew I had to take it in for an oil change so I booked an appt online (because if appts are allowed, I book one cause I know how walks in are handled) the site was easy to use and I got my appt confirmed withing 30 mins. Upon arriving, staff was super friendly and didnt push any other services or upgrades on me that I didnt ask for, which is always nice when you have no idea what you're doing anyways! After dropping my car off I wondered around town a bit. 30 mins later I got a call saying they were almost done but they had did some checks and my filters were horrid (who knew lol) and that they could replace them for me at just the charge for the parts. Obviously I said yes. 10 minutes and $140 later (oil change and 2 filters) I was on the road again. Highly recommend for quick friendly service. "

" I have been dealing with Greg at Midas ( formally Canbrit) for years. I put on a lot of KM's on my work truck and so high mileage always comes with repairs along the way. I am confident with the esimates, knowledge and service. Never surprised and the team has always fixed the problem. Felt I should write a review today as they just fixed my truck, ended up less than expected and even arranged a drop off to help me out. Happiest when I don't need repairs but when I do I have been pleased with the service in Cochrane. "

" These guys are awesome. Brought my 2 year old vehicle in for an oil change. It was speedy and at a good price. When we went to pick it up they told us the car might have an oil leak. Our car is still 100% under waranty but if it was just old oil that got there but not from a leak the dealer will charge us just to look at it since there’s nothing to fix and nothing to put under warranty. So these guys said that we could go back in a week or so and they would check it again to confirm it was a leak before we brought it to the dealer for a fix. You can’t get much better customer service then that! "
